I find it really difficult to wake up early but waking up 10 mins earlier than the day before really helps slowly get into the routine (I recommend Atomic Habits by James Clear, a book that completely changed my lifestyle!) Around 45 minutes before and during sunrise the Earth's relationship with the sun and moon makes a special psychological effect on our bodies. At this time you naturally produce melatonin helping to stabilise your mood - it's perfect time to meditate and do practice yoga (but of course not the only time)These magical hours are known as Brahma Muhurta = time of the creator. It's the time for you to create yourself and start your day ✨ Following meditation and yoga you can skip the coffee and start the day with a warm cup of turmeric tea with a few drops of lemon. It's highly effective for our gut providing immune-boosting and antioxidant benefits.
